Starting pay -> raises every 4 months for 1 year -> every 6 months for 1 year -> then yearly based on performance!

You would be responsible in engaging our children in age-appropriate activities, creating a schedule for kids with parents (you have a say!), discuss an activity stipend, feeding them 1-2 meals, 2 snacks a day, naps, & cleaning up after the girls!
