We are a family with two littles and two grandparents. Fairly laid back and accommodating. Kids have routines but we are not rigid about them.

Care for the two kids while parents are gone. Expected tasks - play w kids, ensure some play is active play and outside, serve dinner, help kids practice their potty training routine and clean up whatever mess the kids made during play/meal.
For play — follow kids’ lead while enforcing safety boundaries.
