Occasional sitter for first grader who never stops talking

Our daughter is in first grade. She loves talking, biking, talking, playgrounds, talking, art, talking, and singing (aka fancy talking). We need an occasional sitter to listen to her talk while we work on home repairs. We are in a single family home with good neighborhood parks.

- Comfortable with pets
