Looking for a sibling sitter for our 2.5 year old toddler while mom is in labor with baby #2 and after both parents go to the hospital for the birth. The sitter would stay with our child until dad returns home from the hospital, which could be the following day depending on timing of birth. Responsibilities would include meals, naps, bedtime, and staying overnight as required by the actual hours covered. Due date is January 15, 2026. We prefer to pay a lump sum split between upfront at time of hire and at time of service, which would also cover retaining the sitter's flexibility to start the job within 1-2 hours notice.
