Seeking a warm, engaged long term but part-time nanny for our toddlers (2.5 & 3.5). Hours are Mon–Thurs, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., with some flexibility and occasional Fridays. We need someone proactive, creating a structured day with play, reading, and meals. Must actively engage in play - think imaginary play, building forts, making pizza and dance parties. My husband and I work from home, and my mom cares for our infant, so you’ll have support. Pet sitting, date nights, and extra hours possible.
