We are a family of 5 with a set of twin girls and a toddler boy. ❤️ We are looking forward to finding the right babysitter/nanny that we can have regularly for our twin daughters in the mornings, and essentially become an extension of our family. (References are preferred.)

Our family needs help taking care of our twin girls (3 months old)
We are looking for an experienced sitter/nanny that is passionate about babies. Responsibilities include:

—bottle prep
—feeding/burping
—diapering
—alternating them into different positions regularly
—playtime, holding and interacting with babies

We would like someone who is mindful about their cell phone use. I have had previous bad experiences with sitters that have checked their phone constantly. This is a make or break for our family since we want someone who is responsible and waits to use their phone during nap times, or only checks for important matters.
