Babysitter needed for two toddlers, starting October 5th, 16 hours a week

We need help looking after our toddler twin girls for 16 hours a week we work from home. Ideal candidate is a self starter who is comfortable engaging toddlers in learning through play, reading books, modelling manners and kindness, etc. light housekeeping help, meal prep for the girls, and comfort around a small dog also required.
