The Baby Boss is supporting a thoughtful family in Dover, NH as they prepare to welcome their second child via scheduled C-section on April 1–2, 2026.

They are seeking a calm, nurturing toddler caregiver to support their 2½-year-old during this transition and maintain routine and emotional safety. This is a short-term, high-trust role with an anticipated need of 24-hour care for 3–5 days. Live-in preferred; daytime, evening, or overnight coverage considered. Trial visits required.
