Part-time afternoon nanny for our 3 girls (8, 5, 2) in North Caldwell. Mon–Fri, ~12:15–5:30 PM, starting late August.

Typical day: pick up our 2-yr-old ~12:30 for her nap (light housekeeping + snack prep during naptime), then the older two from school ~3 for snacks, homework help, and driving to activities. On slower days, it’s all about play and connection. You’re rarely watching all three at once.

Looking for someone reliable, warm, and engaging, with their own car and a safe driving record. Portuguese a plus. We’d love a long-term fit, with room to grow into a house manager role.

Pay: $27/hour, with a higher day rate when school’s closed and all three are together.
