Babysitter needed for a toddler nap

Hi! I'm looking for someone to help care for my 14-month-old son on some weekdays from around 11 AM to 2 PM. He has a hard time settling down for naps and often needs to be held and rocked to sleep. I'm looking for someone who is comfortable with a fussy toddler and can help soothe him and get him down for a nap. If he doesn't sleep, you'd care for him.
