We need help with our three children, aged toddler, preschool, and elementary. Your main tasks include getting the preschool and elementary child to school and then supervising playtime with the toddler, preparing simple snacks, and managing daily routines. We have 2 dogs as well that might need to be taken out or fed.

The schedule starts on January 6, 2026, with some flexibility. You’ll work from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM, on Wednesdays, and Thursdays OR 4:00-6:30/7:00pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, sometimes later if we have work events.

We have a sitter currently doing these shifts but frequently calls out or is late. I am considering having 1 sitter do mornings and 1 sitter do afternoons but open to someone taking on all shifts.

I would also like if someone is interested in back-up as needed, but understand last minute isn't ideal.
