We are seeking a reliable babysitter for two children, ages 3 to 8 years. The job starts on September 2, 2025, with a flexible start date. Work hours are from 1:00 PM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities include supervising playtime, assisting with homework, preparing snacks, and ensuring a safe environment. The ideal candidate must have a car for transportation and have a clean driving record. Experience with young children is preferred.
Our requirements include:
1. Driving kids to school and activities in family car
2. Keeping them engaged through play, reading (no screen time)
3. Kids laundry
4. Kids meal prep and feeding
5. Scheduling play dates
6. Keeping kids on their schedule
7. Flexibility for working longer during school holidays and half days

Benefits include:
- 30 hour per week fixed pay with additional hours during school holidays/half days
- 2 weeks off (one per nanny's convenience and one per family's)
- 10 Federal holidays a year (New Year's day, MLK day, Juneteenth, Memorial day, July 4th, Labor day, Day before thanksgiving, Thanksgiving, Christmas eve, Christmas, New Years eve)
