We are looking for some weeknight help for 3-4 days a week to help with our three small kids (2, 2, and 5). To date, we've used mothers helpers to play with kids, help clean up after dinner, wash daycare bottles, folding + putting away kid laundry, etc. (one of either mom or dad would always be home during the time). We've done 6-8 hours per week depending on availability. Generally, the timing is approx. 5:30-7:30 or 8pm. We can be moderately flexible with which 3-4 days during the week. Reliability and enthusiasm for engaging with young kids are essential. We do not expect this person to drive our children.
