We are a two-dad family seeking a regular babysitter for our two school-aged children. We're looking for someone who is firm but nurturing, consistent, and fun — someone who can help manage routines, support behavior, and engage meaningfully with both kids.
Responsibilities include school pick-up, drive to/from local activities (valid driver’s license and reliable car required). Help with homework and structured activities. Support emotional regulation and supervise sibling interactions with patience and structure. Prepare meals and snacks, and conduct some light housekeeping (toy clean up, post-meal tidying). Previous childcare experience, a valid driver’s license is required.
