We need some support on weekday mornings. We have a 7 month old and a 3.5 year old, both boys. Duties include playing, engaging, perhaps going to the local park if the weather is nice, and bottle feeding and diapers for the baby. No car needed for work. Rarely their older brother, 5 years old, will be home from school. A parent will be in the house, upstairs working.
