I am looking for occasional assistance between 1-3 times per week with my 2 year old who turned 2 in May and 1 year old who turned 1 in July. I work from home so would be around a majority of the time aside from when I need to run and do errands. Would prefer someone who has experience with multiple children within these age ranges. I proactively communicate ahead of time the days I need assistance and pay above average.
