We're expecting our second child (due July 24) and are looking for a caregiver for our 2-year-old son when labor begins. The timing is unpredictable, so we're seeking someone who can be on call around our due date and available to come at short notice, including overnight if needed.

Care would likely last until grandparents arrive and take over (within 12–24 hours). We'd like to schedule a paid babysitting session beforehand so our son can get to know you.

The hourly rate listed is for childcare hours; we're also open to discussing additional compensation for being on call during the due-date window.
