Mother without driver's license needs ride to/from work

I am a former city dwelling mom without a driver's license. While I am in the process of getting my license, I need a ride to/from work, which is about 3.5 miles away. I need to be picked up at 8:00 a.m. at house and then picked up at work at 3:00 p.m. from work. Pay is $40/day for about two twenty-minute drives.
