Willow Lake Day Camp is hiring college students for Summer 2026 Camp Counselor roles!

As a counselor, you’ll lead a group of campers (ages 3-14) through exciting, engaging days filled with swimming, sports, creative arts, team-building activities, and classic camp traditions. You’ll play an important role in helping campers build confidence, try new things, and have an unforgettable summer experience.

? $4,000 + $1K bus counselor bonus*
