My wife works from home, so she’ll be available if needed or emergencies arise, but we’re looking for someone confident to take the lead during the day. Andre is 3 years old, so we need someone patient, calm, consistent, and comfortable handling toddler emotions positively.
Our main need is Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM–12:30 PM, though we’re open to discussing additional hours after nap time.

Responsibilities include:
Engaging and protecting Andre
Give potty reminders (he is potty trained)
Handling Snack time
Learning and following his nap routine (around 12:20 PM)
Communicating clearly about scheduling, illness, lateness, etc.

You’re also welcome to snacks, drinks, and food in our home.
