Hello, I have a 3 month old baby girl, who in many ways is very easy. Generally very happy and chill and does not cry often or much. However, she still mostly contact naps, and I need someone who's ready/willing to hold/wear her if she wakes up when you try to set her down (no cry it out). I have an appt that I think will go for 2 hours, but they often run late/there's a wait, so I'll pay for a guaranteed 4 hours even if less, I will pay for any time beyond that and would ask for flexibility for up to 3pm if it runs long. Should be able to keep in touch via text to give updates and ETAs. Be comfortable around pets, and just warm/nurturing. No tv or discipline of any kind at this age please!
