A little about us and what we are looking for in a child care provider for our two kids Ryann (almost 4) and Marshall (5) Both my husband and I work for the railroad so our schedules change from time to time, an hour or two later sometimes with a few hours heads up. Our hope is to find someone who is flexible with our schedules that wants a long term commitment that can change with and grow with our family. Currently we are both on schedules until sometime in January(so things will change) we pay 20$ an hour and will have to come to an agreement on overnight flat rate while kiddos and you sleep. Mondays from about 930am to 12pm. Thursdays is the long day from 930am until Friday around 12pm.
