Weeknight Family Assistant / Mother’s Helper

Seeking a proactive helper for our 3yo girl & 6mo boy. We are two working parents looking for "extra hands" to manage the evening rush. One or both parents usually home; we’ll "divide and conquer" together! Ideal for someone energetic who takes initiative. Start date provides 2 weeks training before mom’s maternity leave ends, but can be slightly flexible.
Schedule: Mon–Thurs, 4–8pm.
Duties:
• 4–5pm: Light tidying & easy dinner prep or errands.
• 5pm: Daycare pickup (must have car/clean record).
• 5:30–7:30pm: Helping with baths, dinner, and bedtime stories/play.
• 7:30–8pm: Final kitchen/toy cleanup.
