Reliable Babysitter Needed for weekdays afternoon

Hello,
I’m looking for a babysitter who can take my boys outside and keep them active.
I’d like help Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Friday, from 2:30 PM for about 3 hours. Depending on the day including school pick-up.
Usually, I will need help after school, but when their father is away on a business trip, I may ask for additional support in the morning around 7:00 AM.
Above all, I want my children to be able to move their bodies and play energetically, so I’m looking for someone who is good at sports or outdoor play.
Requirements
