Someone proactive, engaging, self-sufficient, uses good judgement, minimal use of their phone, able to prepare the baby's bottles/food when he is napping so it doesn't take away from caregiving. Safety is very important to the parents. Ultimately someone professional, understands child development, has time management skills, and is able to take a directive and implement it consistently is a great fit for the family. Rate is $30 an hour. Please do not reply if you only have daycare experience or have been an ad-hoc babysitter. The family wants proven experience as an infant nanny.
