Hi! The biggest thing I'm looking for is someone who is gentle and warm. My daughter is a chill kid who likes to please adults and she responds well to a gentle demeanor. She isn't an energetic kid, but she is a kid that likes to keep her brain busy. So while you won't be running after her she will want you to engage with her and play with her. A 10AM to 3PM schedule is flexible on Tuesdays and Thursdays, beginning on Oct 21. I do not speak Spanish but my daughter understands a lot so I'd love someone who can primarily speak Spanish to her. We have 3 cats. If you have a kid around the same age I would be thrilled to have them join you as well. My daughter loves having a playmate.
