Ad-hoc sitter to support when one parent is not available

we are a four person family with two girls - one is two and one is four. They are very chatty and love to play.
We are looking for someone to help support one parent when the other parent is out of town. We do not have any family support nearby and need general help.
Location is UWS and schedule would be ad hoc / as needed.
Responsibilities
- Sick care
- Bedtime
- Prepare Snacks/Meals
- Light housekeeping
- Light laundry
