Sitter to help with afterschool logistics for 3 fun children

My wife and I work full time and we have 2 boys and 1 girl aged 8 (Diego), 9 (Martina), 11 (Nico).
Picking up the children from school, taking them to their afterschool activities (music, soccer/ballet) and making sure they do their homework.
Most of time will be spent with Diego (8 yo) but some days you will have to pick up/drop off Martina and Nico and stay with them while they do their homework.
