We’re a welcoming family in Pelham, NY seeking a part-time mother’s helper/babysitter for our 4-year-old son and 8-year-old daughter (gifted, on the autism spectrum with low support needs). Schedule: 3 weekday afternoons (~1–5 pm) plus 1 date night (4–7 pm), with optional weekend hours. Mom is a stay-at-home parent and often home, but you’ll take the lead with the kids.

We’re looking for someone active, friendly, and engaging who can keep up with high-energy kids, enjoys playing outside, inventing games, and providing structure. Must be reliable, experienced, and comfortable with dogs. CPR certification preferred. Background check/references required. Special needs experience a plus.
