We’re a loving family looking for a kind, flexible babysitter to help care for our sweet baby girl. My mom works from home and her schedule changes day to day, so we’d need someone comfortable with varying hours (sometimes just 1 hour, other times up to 5). We usually know the schedule the night before, and it’s never later than 3 pm. With my husband’s rotating work schedule, there may be weeks we only need help a couple of days. We’d love someone dependable, patient, and who feels like part of the family while caring for our little one.
