Hello, our current childcare option will be ending at the end of October and we are looking for a replacement. My husband and I both work, he is hybrid in office and home and I work from home full time as a mental health therapist. We have 3 kids, a 6year old son, 4 year old daughter and a 1 year old daughter. The oldest kids are in 1st grade and preschool until 3pm. We need assistance, mainly, with watching the 1 year old during the day while we are working but there may be overlap with the other two kids when they get home from school while we are working late. This would require some light cleaning and preparing children snacks occasionally. We want someone flexible and playful, responsible and dependable, this will likely be 3-4 days a week from 8:30ish until 5 or 6pm. This is a general range and may change.
