I have two boys ages 7 and 10. They are self-sufficient for the most part but need guidance to stay on task. They have a homeschool program that they have to complete sometimes. Aside from that, it's a pretty standard babysitting job, I do have two large dogs that will need let out during sitting. However, my oldest son can do that as long as he's reminded. I work a swing shift so my needs are constantly changing. I'm trying to build an army of sitters that I can pull from.
