New parents looking for child care for our baby

My husband and I are expecting a baby in December. We are starting to research child care options.
We will need a someone to care for the baby while we are at work. We work eight hours five days a week.
Requirements
- Comfortable with pets
- Multiples experience
- Sitter has own car
