Part-Time After-School Support for 2 School aged Kids

Both Mom & Dad work and are looking for extra help with 9 year old daughter & 5 year old son year round. Both kids have after school activities to include martial arts, tutoring and lacrosse.
Looking for someone to help with laundry & other housework, driving kids to after-school activities, and possibly preparing meals for them or running errands.
Looking for M-Th support from 3-6pm minimum. The time before/after is flexible.
Requirements
- Comfortable with pets
- Sitter has own car
Responsibilities
- Driving the Kids
- Help with homework
- Prepare Snacks/Meals
- Light housekeeping
- Light laundry
- Running errands
