We have a 2. 5-year-old girl and 4 year old girl(will be 5 in November). My wife is a stay at home mom for now, but I have to travel for work once, sometimes twice a month and she would like so find additional child care for 3-4 hours in the mornings/afternoons. We would also like to find someone who would be flexible enough to come over and watch the girls for a few hour on the occasional date night. This could evolve into a more permanent, regular role in the future. We also have a 4-month-old Golden Retriever puppy, but no pet care is required. No house hold chores outside of light clean up, making the girls lunches etc..
