I’m looking for someone mainly to help with my infant during the nights while I work. I have a 16-year-old, 8-year-old, and two toddlers (ages 2 and 3), but my 16-year-old is very responsible and helps care for the younger ones. I’ll have dinner and bath time taken care of before I leave, and my oldest will handle bedtime for the toddlers. I really just need someone to be there overnight for the baby — mainly for feedings, diaper changes, and to ensure an adult is present in the home.
