Looking for 2-3 reliable childcare providers to be part of my on-call backup team. I'm a birth doula, so I don't need regular weekly care. Instead, I'd need occasional care when I'm called to a birth, which can happen with little notice and sometimes overnight. Overnight care would ideally take place in our home, and I'm happy to pay a premium for those hours. My husband or mother-in-law will pick up our son as soon as they're available, so care is typically not needed for the entire length of a birth. We're looking for experienced, dependable caregivers who are comfortable with a flexible, unpredictable schedule.
