Looking for a regular babysitter with the possibility of moving to part or full-time nanny. We have an 11 yo son autism he is non verbal and still needs assistance with toileting and we have a 6 yo girl who is neurotypical and does not need assistance with toileting

We are looking for someone to baby sit on a regular basis and with possibility or moving to a part or fulltime nanny position. We need help after school about 3:15pm until bed time. I am hoping baby sitting could be a trial run into something more permanent if it’s a good fit for both parties
