My husband and I are both first responders. With that comes abnormal schedules. We are looking for someone who has flexibility. We will typically have the days we need a babysitter 3-6months ahead of time.

We have a baby boy, Maksim (Max). Someone who speaks Russian is preferred, as that is our family’s second language

Feed, change diapers, interactive activities bath time and bed time.

The hours needed would be from 1:45pm-3:00am. We have a spare room that the sitter is able to stay overnight if that is easier than driving home at 3am.

We have two dogs in the home that have their own room and access to outside.

My work schedule is Wed-Sat 4pm-2am. My husband works 24hrs on/48hrs off, this means the days we will need a babysitter will vary and depend on when one of our work days overlaps. There may also be times when I have to stay late at work due to a call and will need flexibility.
