Engage the kids in fun activities and ensure a safe environment. Punctuality and communicating openly is important.You are energetic and athletic. Are you able to run, play games with them, run at the park or kick a ball with them?.I will prefer someone who is organized and helps keep things back in its place after kids and you use it. This will help this busy and tired mom with some de-clutter. Kid's mom will be at home.
