Looking for childcare for our 19-month-old and 3.5-year-old ??

I’m keeping this post anonymous for personal reasons.

We’re starting to explore childcare options for our two kids (19 months and 3.5 years old). Our in-laws currently help with care, but we’re hoping to add someone a couple days per week to give them a break.

We’re thinking about two weekdays, but the exact days are flexible. Typical hours would be around 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM.

This could either be in our home or an in-home daycare where we would drop them off.
