We are a family of three with a 3 month old baby girl. I work from home while my husband works outside of the house. We are new to living in the area and new parents.
We need care for our baby girl while I work from home. We need her to be watched, fed, changed, and played with during workdays. She does nap quite a bit at this point and you can expect down time while she sleeps. We do not have huge expectations for watching her and want to have this be a calm, easy role. If something goes wrong mom is still in the house and can help whenever she is needed.
We are looking for someone to be long-term. (But we will consider summer hire). In the summer we will need three 8 hour days and in the fall will need four 6 hour days. We can be some what flexible and adjust if needed on hours.
