Part time sitter for two energetic toddlers

My girls are 18 months and 3 years old. I need occasional care for appointments and errands. I am brand new to the area looking for 2-3 sitters to use on a rotating basis. You must be willing to complete a background check and meet with myself and my husband prior to caring for the children alone. I have a family member looking for occasional care as well, there's potential for a nanny- share scenario.
