Looking for on call Nanny for two energetic, easy-going toddlers

We have a beautiful almost 3 year old baby girl and a handsome two year-old baby boy. Both very easy-going.
We are looking for an on call Nanny for date nights and business trips. Similar responsibilities would be dropping off at daycare and picking up. Daily meal prep and light housekeeping and laundry.
Requirements
- Multiples experience
- Comfortable with pets
- Sitter has own car
Responsibilities
- Bedtime
- Driving the Kids
- Sick care
- Prepare Snacks/Meals
- Toilet training
- Light housekeeping
- Light laundry
