I would need the sitter to arrive before I leave for work, watch them at my home, prepare light meals and get them snacks when needed. My 4 year old is potty trained, my 3 year old we are working on it, but she still wears pull ups.
I work until 530 daily, but my husband usually gets home around 3pm. We have plenty of toys for outside and inside. I do not require the kids to be taken any where, unless we have discussed it beforehand.
