She attends preschool, but she takes some time to warm up to new people and has never stayed home with a nanny without her parents or grandparents. We’d like to start by building a bond with her while we are present at home. Once she is comfortable and familiar with the nanny, we can gradually transition to having her cared for when we need to step out.We’re looking for someone who knows how to engage, play with, motivate, comfort, and safely care for a young child.
