We are looking for a patient, dependable babysitter for our 4-year-old daughter. Well start with 1 hour twice a week. The short visits are intentional, as we want to help her become comfortable with a sitter and with us leaving and returning. She has some separation anxiety and will likely cry at first, but she usually settles once comfortable. Were looking for someone calm, patient, and understanding. As she becomes more comfortable, we will increase the length and frequency of visits. Before starting, my wife and I would like to meet in person, introduce ourselves, meet you and have our daughter meet you, and make sure everyone is on the same page regarding expectations.
