Hi! I’m Tieraney! I’m a single mom and a pediatric nurse. I have a 3 year old son named Royce that I occasionally need care for while I work overtime or have night out.
Just spend time with him and care for him. He’s super energetic and loves to play. He is simple to prepare meals for as he is very picky.
