Babysitter Needed for One 3-year-old

I am looking for an occasional babysitter for my 3-year-old daughter. I need someone two or three times a month for likely less than five hours each time. I pay $20 an hour. She is an amazing kid, she likes imaginative play and being outside.i need someone who can be active and playful with her.
