We want to find the right person to watch our tween. She’s 12 going on 20 and very self reliant, but we’re looking for the right person to watch her on a semi regular basis. My wife and I would like this person to be available on weekends and have the ability to offer overnight assistance at times. Starting out we would only need help a couple days a month but may expand beyond that if we find the right fit. Trustworthiness is key and we will be very keen on finding someone based on this #1 priority.
